2. Refund Policy

At Bin Jumah Group Holiday Homes, we value flexibility and transparency for our guests.

2.1 Cancellations

  • Guests can cancel their reservation at least 14 days before the check-in date to receive a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the booking.

2.2 No-Show Policy

  • If a guest fails to check in on the scheduled date without prior notice, the booking amount is non-refundable.

2.3 Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
