Welcome to Bin Jumah Group Holiday Homes. By accessing or making a reservation through our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

1.1 General

• These Terms and Conditions govern all reservations made through our official website.
• Bin Jumah Group reserves the right to modify, update, or change these terms at any time without prior notice.
• The guest making the booking must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information at the time of reservation.

1.2 Reservation Confirmation

• All bookings are confirmed upon successful payment through our online payment gateway.
• You will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details once payment is completed.

1.3 Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in time: 3:00 PM
• Check-out time: 12:00 PM
• Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

1.4 Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition during their stay.
• Any damage caused to property, furniture, or equipment will be charged accordingly.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the villas unless explicitly stated.

1.5 Privacy

• All personal and payment information collected is kept confidential and used solely for booking and service purposes, in accordance with UAE data protection regulations.

1.6 Liability and Safety Disclaimer

• Guests use all facilities, including swimming pools, gyms, outdoor areas, and related amenities, at their own risk.
• Bin Jumah Group and its management shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or losses that may occur during the stay, whether inside the villa, within the pool area, or on the property premises.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the swimming pool or any outdoor facilities.
• Guests are advised not to swim alone, especially at night or under the influence of alcohol.
• The property is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
• By completing the booking, the guest acknowledges and agrees to assume full responsibility for their safety and the safety of their accompanying guests.
